Pasta?
GO BUCKEYES!!!
Ryan's favorite new thing
He is all about pretend now. He has a dress up box and uses it at all time. He loves to put his fireman gear on and turn the upstairs into his little fire world. He will put a kitten stuffed animal on his top shelf and arrange the chairs to make a firetruck. His bathroom is the firestation where the alarm comes in, so he changes in there and then drives the truck to the emergency where he puts out a fire or climbs a ladder to save the kitten!
He also loves to put on Matt's shirt and tie and get his laptop to play office. He works at the bank like Daddy. That same table and chairs also becomes Ryan's restaurant where he has menus and in his kitchen, a cook named Chef Matthew. When he put on his toolbelt and goggles and go to work on fixing the entertainment center, you can't help but crack up!
Josh at 10 months
Getting bigger and cuter by the day, Josh is full of fun and surprises. His sweet smile and infectious laugh make you melt! No teeth STILL, but they are coming! He's been in really good health this season so far. He is crawling forward a bit more, but can get anywhere he wants in a short amount of time! He is eating regular food now, having decided he is a big boy now!

Lazy fall weekends
We had a gorgeous weekend in Charlotte! Friday night we went out with our friends Tom and Tennille and their adorable son Quaid. Quaid and Josh had a riot at dinner trying to eat the paper table cloth and having a squeal-off. Ryan was too busy downing chinese to care much what else was shaking! When it's still 75 degrees at 8:00, you get ice cream and watch the huge fountain. Josh was less than thrilled, having just had his RSV and flu shots that morning!
Saturday brought more gorgeous weather and we were off to the park to play and try for the Christmas pictures. Sadly, we didn't get "the one" but there were so really cute ones! Ryan had a blast playing in the leaves! We went over to Shannon and Greg's on Saturday night for some adult time!
We've had a completely lazy Sunday with cups of coffee and newspapers and lots of playing with the little ones. Uncle Scott came to join us for football and dinner. I know that the holidays are around the corner and that comes with busy weekends, but I love weekends just like this!
Football
Ryan has about no choice in the matter of whether or not he'll play football. If Uncle Scott and Daddy have anything to say about things (not to mention Uncle Billy) Ryan will be playing peewee next year! For some reason football practice was being held in the dining room today, but with the squeals of delight from Ryan, you can't help but watch and laugh! Daddy got in on the action and Ryan learned to quarterback and tackle today. They do give Moms of tiny football players valium, right? RIGHT? After watching the Browns miraculously win, Ryan and Uncle Scott played a game of Candy Land.
