I do so like them Sam I am

His first try with eggs was a hit!

NO more monkies!!

I have monkeys in my bed at night. I think we'll need to call some sort of animal rescue. They make all kinds of noises and eat all our bananas.

Under the weather

Even when it is 66 degrees on a day like today, you can still feel under the weather. Ryan, Josh and I got a cold on Wednesday. We've been so healthy this year, it was really a bummer to be struck down so badly. Ryan barely had a symptom while Josh has just not been able to shake it. We are hoping to be back to our old jolly selves soon!

Josh at the Doctor

Josh is now 29 inches long!! That puts him as big as 75% of kids his age! That is based on his real age, not adjusted, so he is really doing great!
He is 19 pounds, so he's only on par with 10% of kids his age there! You would NEVER believe it if you could see him eat! Overall he is really healthy and happy!

How to spot a gremlin

Here are pictures from Daddy's birthday celebration at Grandma's house.

Daddy's birthday

Daddy had his big 35th birthday on the 29th and we had a big weekend celebrating! We went out with two couples on Saturday night to Cantina for dinner and drinks! On Sunday Grandma made a huge dinner and we had a great time with her and Grandpa and Uncle Scott. Daddy got some great gifts. Monday we got Daddy an ice cream cake and had dinner at his favorite burger place!
Ryan decided to cap the night off by dumping water on his brother, who was already bathed and in his jammies.

Josh in the snow

Josh's Mom MIGHT have dressed him in a few too many layers because at first, he was just SASSY! After some adjustments, he was enthralled by the snow!

Ryan in the snow

Snow came to Charlotte this morning and Ryan was so excited! The first thing he had to do was call Grandma and Grandpa to tell them it had snowed (apparently they have no windows at their house!) :) And then he had to ask when Nana was coming because it is now FEBRUARY and I told him she is coming in Feb. He's been outside for hours with his diggers and loaders in the snow!

Kaitlyn's birthday party

Can you tell who had the most fun?

Barnyard fun!

Josh had a party with all his baby buddies to celebrate his first birthday! There were cupcakes and goldfish everywhere and the kids had a great time playing with toys! Josh scared everyone by eating his cupcake in two seconds FLAT!

Cupcake eating!!

Family Birthday Party

We had Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Scott over for Josh's birthday last night! We ate chinese food and then had cake and ice cream. Ryan helped to make and decorate Josh's cake. Josh LOVED eating everything and had two plates of chinese food, a huge piece of cake and a bowl of ice cream. You really have to see him eat to believe it. Josh got lots of fun clothes and toys from Grandma and Grandpa and a robe, blanket and hat from Uncle Scott!
