Joshy

Our little man is still a jolly handful!! He has discovered his own voice and can now "talk" all the time. He loves to talk in the car. Last night he said "dadadada" but we aren't counting that! :) He was up this morning at 6am, so if he wakes up tomorrow that early, we are going to make him go to work with Daddy!

Did we mention?

That we have a sitter?? Josh has started really doing well with sitting up. He's still pretty skinny, so he doesn't have the most solid booty to hold him down! He's doing really well now. Found out today that he has the beginning of an ear infection in his right ear, so he's on meds for the first time since he lived at CMC!

Something cool!!

Here is something you don't see every day! We had a double rainbow in our backyard today!! Ryan thought it was super neat! He is the line leader at school tomorrow, so he is excited to bring in the snack (graham sticks) and his favorite dump truck for show and tell!

Toys!

My first day with cheerios

Had a big day today!! We went shopping with SO many of our friends at Southpark this morning! Ryan got to hang around with his best buddies: Jack, Emma, Emmerson and even baby Erin who is coming any second! We wheeled the babies around in the brand new Neiman Marcus! They had so much fun and were so good all the way through lunch!

Tonight we gave Josh cheerios for the first time! He was a big fan!

Went to the Doctor today!

We went to see Dr. Jamie today and both boys had an well visit! Should we take bets on how big they are or just dive in?

Ryan weighs 46 pounds and is 46 inches tall. He actually gained 7 pounds and 2 1/2 inches this past year. Can you imagine if he keeps growing at this rate? I am scared! His vision is 20/20 and he was seriously confused by the hearing test. Dr. Jamie said that it is totally natural for Ryan to be shy at this age and that they are always uncooperative at this age. I am hoping four brings lots of fun things for Ryan!

Josh is 16 1/2 pounds and 26 inches long! He is doing great for his "age" but for how old he actually is he is about as big as 20% of babies. He got three big shots and hated that. He has such a big heart that when it's broken it can be LOUD!

Both little guys did really well and took a huge nap after! They were so tired!

Baptism Pictures

We were lucky that Amanda came to take pictures of Josh's baptism! They are adorable, even if I look less than fabulous in them!

One can do worse things in life than be friends with a great photographer!

Ryan is just LOVING his school! I am delighted because I am loving life with my mornings just for Josh and running around. It's a happy fit!

Nana and Aunt Judy come from Ohio

We loved having Nana and Aunt Judy come down from Ohio and visit us! We went to the Matthews Alive Festival and

Ryan road the rides and had ice cream. We hung out until all hours of the morning talking and playing cards. It was a really great visit from them. Here we all are, all weekend having fun.

JOSH'S BAPTISM

Good morning Joshua Scott! It is your baptism day! He woke up so chipper, just like he always does. God certainly created a very special little heart for him.

Our family was there to celebrate with us! We had a big brunch with our family and friends!

Kelly and Danielle (who had been pregnant together) and little buddies Josh and Graham. They will be moving to New Jersey in the coming weeks and we will miss them so much!

Nana and Aunt Judy (Kelly's Godmother) came all the way from Ohio to share our special day!

What are the chances that the other baptism would be another family we knew? Here are Josh and Maddison after they were baptized!

Brothers are awesome

Ryan loves to read books with his best friend, Grandpa.
